On Tuesday, the Government finally published their delivery plan to improve support for people living with ME and CFS. This is something I have been pushing for and was pleased to get the following response. I will be taking some time to consider and reflect on the plan.

DHSC publishes the Final Delivery Plan on ME/CFS - Action for ME The DHSC has released the Final Delivery Plan on ME/CFS. Read our detailed response to the actions laid out in the Plan.

A lovely visit today to the People’s Pantry and Café Inc at The Centre in Leven with Cllr. Eugene Clarke. Cathy, Walter, and the other wonderful volunteers run their weekly People’s Pantry and the daily Café Inc during the school holidays.

Transitioning to eVisas: What You Need to Know - Citizens’ Rights Project The UK Home Office is replacing all physical documents with a new digital system known as the eVisa. This change affects both migrants already living in the UK and new visa applicants.

You can no longer use your Biometric Residence Card to enter the UK - these physical documents have been replaced by a digital eVisa.

Lundie Seals, Largo Arts Week Make fundraising easier with the premier nonprofit auction software. CharityAuctionsToday’s online auction software helps schools, nonprofits, and even individuals.

Had a lovely time popping into Fife Folk Museum last Friday for a cuppa and a scone 🧡

Last week, I visited Griselda at Wemyss Ware Pottery in Ceres where they just celebrated their 40th anniversary. It was lovely being shown around and seeing all the wonderful pottery, as well as the extremely talented team who make the pieces.

Last Friday, I met with Kevin McDaid, Chairman of Ladybank Community Council, at Ladybank Train Station where we were celebrating getting the posts repainted. We also discussed a sign that had slipped down and I'll be looking into what I can do to get it fixed.

Earlier this week, I joined my Liberal Democrat colleagues in writing to the Minister for Work and Pensions to call for urgent changes to Universal Credit for single parents. Too many are being let down by a system that is confusing, rigid, and fails to reflect the realities of parenting.
