Youโre not flaky. Youโre not a mess. Your brain just doesnโt function on โshouldsโ. Youโve spent years thinking you just needed more discipline, willpower, focus, but your brain wasnโt built for punishment-based productivity. Stop forcing what doesnโt work and start building what does.

Iโve decided that my ultimate life goal is to one day go for a massage and have the therapist say, โwow, no tension at all, not a single knot!โ

I have ADHD and I love reading books!
Do I remember everything I read? No!
Do I enjoy reading? Yes!
Enjoyment isnโt about how โwellโ we do something ๐

Healthy Happy ADHD is the book that many of my clients needed without even knowing it. It's a must read for any woman with ADHD. - Rachel L Goldman, PhD, psychologist and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
I dropped out of uni TWICE, never earned a degree. And yet, here I am, I wrote a book about ADHD and itโs published with Penguin, and there are scientists, psychiatrists, and psychologists who are recommending it! There are more ways than one to reach our goals. Never give up ๐

I wrote a book. Itโs not a book that teaches you how to remove your ADHD. Itโs not another book that teaches you timekeeping tools. Itโs not a book that theorizes about where ADHD comes from. Quite simply, itโs a book by a woman with ADHD who wanted to feel healthy and happy.

Itโs life changing as an ADHD girl when you realize the โon edgeโ feeling isnโt always anxietyโฆ but the body begging for movement! ADHD often shows up as internal hyperactivity in women, leaving us feeling anxious / on edge. The thing isโฆ we canโt think our way out of it, we need to move it out! ๐โโ๏ธ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ๐
