No! But I think I see where this is going, and I am very amused.

I had a microphone taped to my neck and some poor lab tech had to listen to me sawing logs for however long and write it up in a report . . . I am mortified.

The worst part of my sleep study results:

"Moderate snoring."

I just Googled this condition - it sounds exceptionally tough.

I am def familiar with the common symptom of "nonrefreshing sleep."

I have PTSD. The quick REM cycle that accompanies narcolepsy can mean both needing a nap and knowing the nap could be a day-ruining nightmare.

How is ME/CFS treated?

There are! One of the meds used for narcolepsy I am already on for ADHD (Adderall).

But I am going to give modafinil a try in lieu of the stimulants.

It's a very specific request, but I believe in BlueSky lol
