Also, that kind of Tourettes (slurs, obscene words etc) is quite rare. Just because you have Tourettes doesn’t mean you’ll do that, the majority of people with Tourettes don’t. But regardless, like you say, it’s involuntary and doesn’t necessarily reflect someone’s values.
