I think I'd start with their interest and then type that into google with books for 12yo. At that age my interest was horses, so the Black Stallion series and others of that author were read.

I got a MMR vax (I assume) in '79-80 as my mom couldn't remember if I'd had measles. Rubella (vax I asked for) being the worry for birth effects as we were thinking of starting our family. Sad that we're having to relearn the damaging effects that a simple vax could prevent.

Probably the worst exposure situation we've been in. So will be counting the days. Covid is low, flu is high. We're vaxed for both.

And that 1 took off her mask to cough into her hand.🤦‍♀️Big sign on front entry desk, "Please cover your cough" w/masks along side. 1 guy coughing up a lung.🙄
