Overall, our aims are reducing casual, needless drinking (wine on random weeknights) and think more about our consumption. We are all feeling great on it & are planning on expanding this past Jan - drinking once or twice a week and at social events, not just because we fancy a Malbec! 🍷

We’ve actually done #dampjanuary in our house as we had three pre-booked events evenly spaced across the month we didn’t want to not drink at, which has actually been really useful - usually I’d give in after 5/6 days for a wine at home but easier to push through for a 10-day dry stretch this way!

Actually really enjoying taking a bit of a break from alcohol this Jan - usually I’ve struggled with it but I’ve really enjoyed going to social settings like the pub and having a non alcoholic beer (Estrella 0% is great!) and still getting to enjoy seeing people! #dryjanuary
