Sauna has been enjoyed, but maybe little too much since I got dizzy from the heat 🥵 Thankfully I have never fainted from sauna but there has been close calls 😅

I dont stick around in sauna more than about 5min either because I over heat so fast too xD I get dizzy easily in heat.
