I was just at 20th and Everett speaking with some people opposed to removing these pedestrian safety measures when I witnessed a car nearly hit a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Clearly we need more traffic calming, not less! Proud of the community for stepping up.

We stayed in Port Orford on the way to the Redwoods in 2022 and I specifically wanted to go out to Cape Blanco knowing it was the furthest west point in Oregon. I got out of the car and the wind immediately blew my hat off my head and into the ocean. We didn’t stay long 😂

While the whole conceit of Leagues Cup matches only being played in the US is patently ridiculous, I just don’t see the appeal of playing “home” matches for LigaMX teams in stadiums and cities that aren’t theirs, where fans from both teams would have to travel to a neutral site. Dumb, dumb, dumb.
