Christmas Day in 1998, I’d been asking for Ocarina of Time since the Nov for my Christmas present. My Dad handed out the gifts then there was a N64 shaped box, it was something random. I was crushed. Then after dinner when I was clearing up he left another box by the sink with OoT in it. Such Joy!

Not so much any more, I was a season ticket holder for about 20 years and went to loads of away matches. Stopped pretty much after Covid as I broke the habit and found myself doing other things. Charlton being rubbish helped too I reckon. I sometimes miss it, but on the whole I don’t too much.

He has a fair point, refs seem to concentrate on time wasting when it’s throw ins and goal kicks but Arsenal and lots of others waste a ridiculous amount of time when preparing to take attacking corners.

Same for me! The Chaos shield got me through the first time, but then found I warmed to Hera Bow and suddenly got loads more clears. That first win was ace though! Well played.

Which weapon did you get your first win with?

It Takes Two is certainly up there. The mini games between levels were great fun, exploring and just being silly with a friend solving puzzles was a really memorable experience. Retro wise, Diddy Kong Racing brought so much fun and joy over many, many hours.
