Trying to think of other characters to draw in Christmassy stuff hmm

I have lots of thoughts and ideas for characters 🌈💕

Think that’s all I can think of that want to share
But if y’all wanna ask anything feel free
I’d be happy to answer some stuff or at least stuff feel like is okay enough to share without giving away too much of story

When she was younger she was very cocky and a bit of an asshole
After everything happened now that attitude only shows up around people that she’s known for a long time

Fitting her older woman (she’s only 35 so not really) having flings with “whoever” narrative the most here
She’s very charming to some, sometimes unintentionally, sometimes on purpose
And other times she’s just straight to the point

The fun lore drop I’m gonna give for her
Is she’s absolutely terrible about relationships in this story
She has people she loves, will sleep with, is close to etc etc
But she doesn’t really ever settle down

A doodle of my OC Rea, a dragon woman with two dark purple to pink sharp shaped horns on her forehead, large croc tail, with mineral like scales along her hairline both the same dark purple to pink hue, depicted as a knight in formal attire. She has a muted teal double breasted front buttoning uniform, shoulder pad with silver and blue gem clasp an small loose white shoulder cover, with silver braided cords that connect to a silver and blue broach at the neckline part of the uniform, a silver harness across her chest from shoulder to waist silver belt, with a off shoulder white jacket on the other shoulder with intricate silver button clasps on the folded over collar, white pants, and black boots

Anyway this is Rea in some formal attire that one would see her in at events, balls, whatever

Gotta proofread my posts more before hitting send but I’m just kinda writing as I think and don’t check lmao

She rarely wears dresses at all
Not that she dislikes them or anything
It’s just a comfort at this point for her to wear her usual casual attire of boots, pants, shirt, and vest
But she’ll wear a dress if given a good reason
Otherwise she wears ceremonial armor or uniform to social events

All the stuff happened and in the present day for them, Rei serves as Grand Duke, mostly carrying duties that come with being in charge of a large portion of knights
She also serves directly to the royal family
She’s not very good at politics, but has a code of honor that she lives by

Thus between her, and a few others who had trained with her made a merc group, which really was closer to a band of adventurers, that took on jobs like protecting caravans, dealing with animals and monsters that harassed villages an such
Really just small things cause they just wanted to help people

Her teacher was a knight, who was knighted by King Ainer
He took her on as a squire when she was younger
She trained under him for years, till she could consistently best him in a fight
At that point he said he could appoint her as a knight and she refused cause she wanted to earn it like he had

Her knights all were knighted by herself, and her knight captains were part of her merc group at its beginnings, along with a few others who joined during the war, and one other who joined years after

Also for reference this kingdoms idea of nobility comes from being rewarded for merit and deeds

Won’t go into details of whole story but can say that in this story she’s a war hero with a lot of memories that haunt her
Most of the story takes place years after the war ended

She was given the title by King Ainer, the leader of their country, for her part she played in a war that had been going on for years with the neighboring kingdom that had tried to take over theirs

Originally she was just the head of a mercenary group, made by her best friend and herself

Also going to focus only on one of OC stories cause have a few haha

So in this story, Rea is less a knight and is a Grand Duke
She doesn’t like the title including Grand, cause she feels it’s too much but she is the only one with the title

I’m so sad cause I want to do paint studies, sketch more, draw for fun
But my hand being upset with me for over a month with it only not hurting to some degree in the past few days is such a drag
Gotta take it slow still and do the best I can
