I've always wanted a Metroid-esque hunter suit for Furlock, and thanks to the efforts of @munchk.bsky.social I now have an extensive reference set for it! These are the front and back views.

Side views now! I really love how the armored tail looks.

Naturally the suit has an alt-form for increased mobility. The quadruped form is more agile but less powerful, with the tail laser able to hit targets from a distance with a weak but accurate beam to ensure prey never has time to recover.

The visor also features a scent-tracking mode!

The twin arm cannons can fire in two modes. One is a strong, continuous beam for close range, while the other is rapid-fire for medium distance.

The claws can be configured to assist with manual dexterity tasks such as interfacing with screens and keyboards, as well as picking up items.

The suit uses a dramatic amount of energy to focus on offense and defense in equal measure, making it a true threat to contend with. When facing a real challenge, the hunter can merge both arm cannons to unleash a devastating attack whose recoil has to be countered with shoulder-mounted thrusters.

But of course, the suit is only part of the threat. The true hunter is underneath.

Less a man and more a vessel for primal bloodlust and bestial rage, the hunter cares little for his own body so long as he can hunt strong prey. His body has been modified to more easily interface with his suit.

Additionally, I was going to save this for my big reveal when it's finally done, but...

After over a decade of wanting something like this, I've finally made a voicebank for a virtual singer.

He'll be taking the stage soon, hopefully by the end of the year.

Paizo's Path/Starfinder 2e system is really fun. I also love Call of Cthulhu for how simple it is to get into and, though I haven't played it yet Fabula Ultima seems incredible!

I'm amazed at how accomplished I feel for beating a Pokémon game at my age! Maybe because despite being a long-time fan but I've rarely finished one. Either way, it feels good to know I CAN do it if I put my mind to it!
