itch is a site that revolves around people selling things and i do not know what leverage it has if the means by which transactions happen is dictating what their rules should be. I have no idea what standing up to that would look like, besides shutting down entirely, and idk who that helps.

these people will buy you a $80 game if you tell them you don’t have it but will be like "damn good luck with that" if u express not being able to afford groceries, bc they only want to spend money on their own experiences, and are just frivolously paying you to team fill a game they like.

ive known a few caring and generous people who have made a massive difference in my life and have saved me from very dire straits and i am glad to know them. but it does suck just how much of the furry community is class gated and unwittingly class enforced.
