I think it’s funny that the whole Coldplay kisscam thing didn’t blow up, if they just kept on standing like they did and enjoyed the music. The whole “diving away” thing definitely made it worse.

Also, I have to add, it was a joy to have this conversation with you. It seems AI has loosened a lot of anger that shines through in a lot of people’s posts and they can’t not call people names.

Sure, I agree with you on that point. I’ve never considered the shit I generated as art, but I’ve seen enough people actually be proud of the slop they created.

I consider using AI as a support for coding GenAI as well, and it’s actually opening my calendar up for more interesting projects. I still use it very shallow though, no automatic commits and such, just code that I check before applying.

For now. It’s all still quite young and in early stages, just as any automation and/or development that’s “going to destroy the world”. It’ll get better and better and will cost less and less energy.
