"Evil fertility clinic" and "evil child daycare" are so on-the-nose when it comes to the actual life-ruining accusations made during the Satanic Panic that it felt almost mind-blowing they let this ship to the final product

As much as I enjoy Faith: The Unholy Trinity it really does just feel like this for the entirety of Chapter 3 despite Chapter 1 and parts of Chapter 2 having themes of proper psych horror and implying the demons were all imagined 😔 which would've been much more interesting overall

FOR REALLL like, I think they're worried about making people upset or mad at them which is why they made the change way back when; they wanna avoid as much controversy as possible. But with how the story for Mizuki is now I'm hoping they'll commit to she/her, especially with Mizu5 coming up soon

From what I've heard the they/them'ing of Mizuki on ensekai was due to pushback from fans wayyyy early into the game's life, back when it was in beta. It doesn't really help knowing this, but it is important to keep in mind. Here's to hoping the current campaign for en to use she/her works..!

I think the lines could represent either Kanade or her music? It's probably symbolic to how like, if Kanade didn't make music then the rest of N25 would've never met. Doesn't make it any less scary to think about of course but still it's pretty interesting! Super excited for WL2

100% agreed!! Especially with Mind Brand, the full version of that really helped it stand out more for me. Still would've liked more non-Miku lines but it's understandable considering the contents of the song
