Cllr Jon Hunt seconds a report looking at "Attracting and Retaining a Younger Workforce" to the council.

At present, the council has just 19 colleagues under 20 years of age. ยฃ9.5M in apprenticeship levies have been returned to the Treasury unspent.

The cabinet member said that the statutory duty is for ยฃ1000 with of kit for each individual for certain devices. Those devices are provided without charge, and based on needs of the individual.
