The best way to meet people will always be to go out and meet people at specific spaces that are significant to you.

Specific events/spaces relevant to your interests and/or sexuality. And join specific communities/social groups too!

To my friends struggling with their own self worth due to dating apps: remember, these apps are just degrading people turning people into "products" to compare, vs getting to actually have a human experience and get to know each other.

Thanks everyone who enjoy my company and have always been kind to me.

For most of my life I always felt I was “a lot” for people but I recognize it’s a part of me and that’s ok.

I saw a phrase that said “if I’m too xyz go find less” and I found it really helpful

Also in typical neurospicy and afab fashion: I do have a chronic illness, was diagnosed late, and was missed bc I was a 90s kid, Asian, have always been considered a good student or high performer/all star at every job I’ve had.

But then you hear me talk and try to do something “normal” I’m just 🍝

It’s been such a process but I’m so thankful and feel relieved.

I can now be much kinder to myself and work with my mind/body vs always feeling inadequate bc I have a legit answer why I am like this 🦋🩵

As a child i was always heavily bullied until the end of hs. And most of my sensitivity, awkwardness and quietness was chalked up to: she’s just shy, it’s anxiety, and she’s such a good girl!

I feel weird posting this but — the past week has been a ride.

I got recently diagnosed being neurospicy at 34 which isn’t a surprise all.

It makes sense since I struggle + feel overwhelmed with many things that most people seem to be able to do with ease.
