She speaks in complete sentences, communicates her thoughts in a coherent, logical manner like an adult, and (perhaps most importantly) doesn't suddenly spin around and wander off mid-sentence to gaze out the window and rhapsodize about ballrooms.

Could've used someone like that in the White House.
