I feel like we’ve been deceived to believe AI is going to make us better at our jobs when in reality, by using it over time, what we’re actually doing is making ourselves obsolete. Thoughts?

The use of social media algorithms should be made illegal. I’m a fervent believer that social media algorithms are largely behind this massive divide - the continual reinforcement of misinformation & delusional & dangerous ideologies prey on the vulnerable for profit despite the real consequences.
