Day 5/25. 0/10. Imagine the boisterous cousin of Wensleydale and cranberries. Loud. Impish. Unbridled energy. After five minutes you just want the little scallywag to go home. This cheese is that.

I can go for the experience. I don’t see myself in the institution but the micro teach is 30 minutes and I do want to work in prison education in some form.

A short update on the prison teaching post. It wasn’t a rejection for the third stage of selection. The head of education wants me to go in for micro teach though. My second interview was not my best work so I prepared myself for the ‘unfortunately’ email today.

I like speculaas from the Netherlands. Caramel toffees are 7/10 for me. Maple syrup is fine for pancakes and waffles. All of the separate parts with cheese though? No. Just no. 🤢
