I had such a bad panic attack yesterday my son had to drive me to the beach and just like that inhaling the open sea air and watching the sunset calmed me down instantly..
Nature is healing…

There are moments when panic wraps around me like the jaws of a silent abyss, swallowing me inch by inch. The air turns to glass in my lungs, my chest locks, and I’m left clawing for breath inside a coffin that seems to rise from nowhere, built precisely for my fear…..

My heartbeat still writes letters you’ll never read…..
