This would look even worse if PHEVs were not starting to decline since mid-year. BYD is a lot more PHEV-heavy than their upstart EV-only local competition chipping away at BYD's sales lead

thanks. yeah i want a 36" all-in-one unit. impulse recommended accompanying ovens are an additional 5-7k. Prob will end up with Charlie or wait for a mainstream competitor
31.12.2025 14:08 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0check out pila as well. will brownstone owners like me end up with semi off grid distributed solar/battery kitchens like we are a rural village in global south :O
31.12.2025 13:00 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0mostly just the usual and whole system out of date (which fixing involves nyc costs). anytime you can pay national prices for a drop-in retail solution it really highlights how high those costs are
battery models do have some nice benefits and is a loophole around the NYC home battery rules. 3-5kwh
waiting for battery 120v models to come out with a 36 inch version to swap out ours. yes, not wanting to do normal 240v/panel upgrade ties in to the usual NYC code/cost stuff
31.12.2025 12:38 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 2 ๐ 0been following this one would love to see the floorplate efficiency info once it's available. Will it actually be the worst-case 5x space for non living space or just more expensive and less centralized?
