I’m bored of writing about this but the way people treat each other during fashion week always shocks me. It’s always the people who are booked busy who are genuinely kind.

Fashion people dress differently outside of fashion week. It’s tailored to be eye catching and press worthy

Industry people’s style is consistent, often prioritising personal comfort. They often hide away for the press and refrain for attention.

Fashion people see social capital as something that needs to be constantly gained and ever increasing to give value to their sense of self and standing.

Industry people do not display often due to fear of being used. Stories are often nameless. Social capital is value by depth of relationship.

There are different pillars that separate, social capital, viewpoint on interpersonal relationships, aesthetic and spaces they occupy.
