The values I don't compromise on, that's my foundation and integrity. The values I am willing to set aside, those are the edge—a liminal place, common ground, and a source of traction.

Zero compromise is indistinguishable from total compromise. The economics of compromise are non-zero sum—trading things of value, to produce excess value for both parties.

Take a dumb walk with a silly little camera and suddenly the world starts lining up—shadows, signs, branches, clouds. Ordinary stuff caught in good order. Composition over gear. Prioritizing quality of light.
