I should add this is being processed in Cryosparc ATM. Iβll try 3D classification after and hope that can clear up some of the misaligned particles but would be nice to be able to select on metadata.

#cryoEM folks, whatβs your favorite trick for focused refinements? I have ~4 million symmetry expanded particles and itβs clear some will wander away too far from their correct alignment. Is there a way to select particles based on magnitude of alignment changes?
