Altira's husband Dyre is the wol in our shared canon. Altira officially joins the msq during StB and in ShB he actually gets his soul sucked into the first like the scions.

Yep he has pink hair highlights and they are natural. Altira was born with pink hair but he inherited a genetic condition from his mom that caused his hair to turn mostly white as he aged.
