Maybe it’s just me, but I’d never thought about a T-Rex taking a nap. The one highlight of Jurassic World Rebirth was seeing it sleeping and rolling over like some 8-ton house cat.

A shack burns while a body lies in the snow, someone sitting beside it.
The art has a nostalgic, almost cozy look.

If there’s a map at the front of the book, chances are the story’s about to be good.😆

I’m about halfway through. It’s about a grown-up girl detective who returns home and realizes the Scooby-Doo-style mysteries from her childhood were never solved.

I think I’m going to add “Heathen Days” and “The Black Scorpion” to my White Zombie/Rob Zombie favorites. The rest of the album felt pretty standard for him. “Black Rat Coffin” was okay, and “Who Am I?” will make a good song intro on a custom playlist..

This was a pretty good date night movie. It’s basically a romantic afterlife story about picking which relationship you want to last forever.

If Hyperion and The Fall of Hyperion were one George R. R. Martin–sized brick, people would either have to commit or tap out.

A very simple plot, but unique in how it shows what it might be like to grow up inside a James Bond villain movie.

A surprisingly sweet movie. Reading about AI relationships got me interested in Japan’s “rent-a-family” services — they meet the same need for connection in a more tangible way. Not for me, but interesting to see.
