I'm tired, boss...

The way I go to bed and it takes me 6 fucking hours to get to sleep is absolutely fucking unreal.

I go to bed at 8pm so I'm rested for work in the morning.

Spend the next 4 hours making up scenarios and having full blown conversations in my head.

Now I'm worked up, stressed, and anxious so I'm not in any state to sleep.

By the time my heart stops racing and brain calms, it'll be 2am. Great.

Work is getting worse and worse. I don't know if I want to cry or laugh hysterically. I'm in dire need of time off and if it wasn't for bills, I'd have thrown in the towel months ago.

I'm in my own store and it's a shit hole.

Had to move my booked time off this month to the end of November so I can be around to induct and train a new colleague for one of the stores I've been covering, whenever they get around to looking at candidates.

Last week off was in June, I'm tired man.
