OH, no I used a loaf pan. I just wanted to make some classic white sandwich bread so I used the recipe on the King Arthur Flour website. Kneaded in mixer. It is very very soft, sliced great, but the side of it “came off” when I was removing from the pan and it “sunk” as it cooled. LOL

I tried my hand at making sandwich bread yesterday. It tastes great but looks like a massacre! I dont know that it baked long enough or my oven isn’t getting up to the correct temps. But I will try again after I eat this “three sided” loaf
