No. Unless you were VERY stable while seated. But I think another question would be, what's with the wonky tiles?

The UK must change for disabled people in 2025 โ€“ so we can live lives we deserve This year saw further decline of living standards for disabled people and a repeated government focus on cutting social security spending.

This International Day of Disabled People, DR UK's Mikey Erhardt wrote for @bigissue.com about life for Disabled people in the UK over the last year, as well as the successes of Disabled activism and our demands for the upcoming year.

When I was little, we had an orange VW Beetle. Loved that car and how it buzzed when you sat in the back seat. Not enough orange cars imho.

Hancock: โ€˜Do not resuscitate ordersโ€™ were wrongly used
The Daily Telegraph - Saturday23 Nov 2024By Amy Gibbons
MATT HANCOCK has admitted โ€œdo not resuscitate ordersโ€ were โ€œwrongly appliedโ€ during the pandemic.

The former health secretary told the Covid Inquiry the practice had been used inappropriately, denying people access to potentially life-saving treatment. He also suggested the UK should lock down faster in the event of a future pandemic, despite concerns over the impact of the measures.

โ€œDo not resuscitateโ€ (DNR) orders, which instruct doctors not to attempt CPR if a patientโ€™s heart or breathing stops, are generally only supposed to be drawn up with the clear agreement of the person in question. But concerns were raised during the crisis that blanket DNRs had been imposed on vulnerable people without their consent.

Off topic, but I had a District Nurse that coughed and sneezed directly into a pressure ulcer & I ended up in hospital with osteomyelitis including MRSA. I was on iv antibiotics for months & nearly lost my foot.

Are you in the US Kelly? Over here in the UK we can have a hospital passport which includes all of the information that medics need to know about your disability (Spina Bifida, vp shunt, lymphoedema etc). I also wear a medic alert bracelet. Of course, it doesn't mean they take any notice.
