By building an interactive archive and thematic map of literary and oral narratives, the project provides a cultural lens through which to understand health disparities and improve global health messaging.

I introduce a digital health humanities project that uses Caribbean literature to explore public perceptions of illness, healing, and medicine.

My presentation, 'Narrating and Digitizing Health: Perceptions of Illness and Medicine in Caribbean Literature'. It bridges literary studies and public health to support more culturally responsive healthcare practices.
