Why does DOT use the most subtle paint scheme possible for these? I ride 4th ave in Brooklyn a lot and while I think most drivers probably know they shouldn't park there, the design gives off a wink-wink "don't worry, you won't get in trouble" vibe
even just some cross hatching would be better IMO
