These books just arrived. Our new crop pollination book with info about fruits, vegetables, bees an conservation measures came out 😊 I hope we will also produce versions adapted to other countries.

Spring time... to get busy! And these two Tetanocerini wasted no time. Named marsh flies, these insects live next to water bodies, and apparently the larvae are gastropod (slugs & snails) hunters/parasites?! More trophic interactions to study? @multitroph.bsky.social

Nutzt Du im Frühjahr eine Wärmelampe? Ich frage mich ob das hilft. Es könnte die Feuchte sein oder zu wenig Vitamin D nach der Winterstarre. Ich werde die Stellen ein paar Tage desinfizieren und mehr Wärme geben. Mal schauen ob das hilft.
