If anyone wants to try their hands at baking but doesn’t want the hassle of a stand mixer, pumpkin bread is easy peasy! Just need bowls, a can opener, and some measuring tools. This recipe is one I really like to make. Comes out super soft. I store it in the fridge and it’s easier to cut
