of course! its important to figure out what works for you, but i get it feeling "wrong" by comparison when the majority operates differently. im glad you're getting lots of support and dif perspectives! ^_^ your feelings and urges and wants are valid, even if they don't line up with everyone else <3

i feel this. my smol feels are very disconnected from dips. i do have a like, material fetish for them but it's not a key component for me in the way it seems to be for the majority of babyfurs. it feels really difficult to relate bc so much content and discussion is entirely centered around dips :/

We did some room reorganizing recently and my partner and I now have a more dedicated space for puppy/bab time ^-^ we recently finished decorating it too!

other than that dresser haha xD We will be painting it to match the orange and purple one soon :D

In the panel, the diner's auto-chef robot system is visible - a large cylindrical base with a number of articulated arms using multiple cooking surfaces. Both Cassie, the badger assistant manager and Pepper are visible while Sebby crosses the kitchen towards the sink. In the next panel, Sebby is seen looking disappointedly at dirty dishes in a sink, with a word-bubble emerging off-panel from Cassie, saying "Hey Beep Boop! Check it out." In the next panel, Cassie is visible behind Sebby holding up rubber gloves and proclaiming "New gear!" Sebby looks unimpressed. In the next panel, which spans the page, Sebby is shown responding to Cassie as he puts on his gloves. "Amazing. Like I'm living in the future. Who needs a functioning autowash when I've got these. But, uh, thanks," he finishes, doing his best to look happy. In the final panel, which spans the page, Cassie is shown speaking to Sebby who's still fiddling with his gloves. "Man, it's been crazy today. There's another convention in town. I wish all I had to do was wash dishes," Cassie says. Sebby, slightly confused, says "Oh."

there's a lot more information on this here: graphicartistsguild.org/license-it/ - as a full-time artist, this is incredibly important to me, and it hurts to see artists in our community being exploited. please know your rights, and stand up for them <3 you deserve it!

if your art is being used on products and you did not sign a legal document turning the rights to that art over to the business using it, you still retain the rights and have legal recourse to demand compensation for profits made from it - and that its production be discontinued until you receive it

if you are doing art at your normal commission price and it is being used by a business for profit, you are being exploited. this is not ok! our community thrives on art and creativity, and the artists that support it deserve respect and appropriate compensation for their time and skills.

this is standard practice within many industries. publishing, illustration, photography, graphic design, journalism, etc. it's something that is always taught in professional media courses in college, and i fear this knowledge doesn't reach people without that education.

when a business (whether that's a single person or not) asks you to produce art for them, there should be a significant up-front cost difference (and possibly royalties, as a percentage of profits), along with legal documentation indicating a transference of rights to that art.

when you do art for a private client, it is expected that they will be using it personally and not creating a product or seeking to make a profit from it. they are paying you to use your skills and time to craft something they'd like to see, but you retain the rights to it.

hey y'all, i feel the need to comment on this because it seems to be an issue for babyfur artists specifically and i don't think it's at all good for our community. it's about the difference between a commission for a private client and commissioned art for a business (a TCG, for example)
