28.06.2025 19:44 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Getting words on the page is easy. You sit down, you type. Bam! Words.
It's finding the RIGHT words that can be hard. That's the trick of it. The secret is that sometimes the right words don't appear until after you write the wrong ones. So write the wrong ones. You'll find the right ones in there.
Stop waiting until you feel "ready" to take the big swing. That day never comes. The writers who build extraordinary careers aren't waiting for permission or perfect conditionsβthey're writing the weird pilot, pitching the ambitious take, making the bold choice right now.

02.06.2025 17:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Stop celebrating only the big wins. Wrote today when you didn't feel like it? That's a win. Chose writing over scrolling? Win. Showed up to the page at all? Massive win. In a career built on persistence, every small victory matters. What win are you celebrating today?

Trust me on this: the writers who build extraordinary careers aren't the ones who never failβthey're the ones who fail spectacularly, learn ferociously, and keep taking big swings. "Solid" doesn't sell. "Safe" doesn't staff.

26.04.2025 13:06 β π 362 π 57 π¬ 3 π 10Your journey is yours alone. That writer who seems to be "winning" at every turn? They're fighting battles you can't see. Focus on your page, your voice, your growth. The only race that matters is the one with yesterday's version of yourself.
24.04.2025 17:01 β π 9 π 4 π¬ 0 π 0The most important thing in writing is to finish. A finished thing can be fixed. A finished thing can be published. A finished thing can be made into a movie.
An unfinished thing is just a dream. And dreams fade if you don't hold on tight enough.
So finish the thing.

Great choice of screenwriters. I keep meaning to read the screenplay for Past Lives.
Thanks again.
1) How do you like to outline/ plan your screenplays?
2) Are there any screenwriters or filmmakers whose work you particularly admire?
