The process for these roses is fairly involved and takes multiple days - I use heavy watercolor paper which I cut, paint with layered watercolors on both sides, and then coat with ModPodge for gloss and stability. Once all that's done, the petal rounds are glued to floral wire and shaped!

The @seattlein2025.org & Hugo staff have not missed a single opportunity to make r/Fantasy feel like second class finalists. The community, however, has been unfailingly supportive and delightful, and that's what I'm trying to take away from this whole experience.
