I hope this recent trend of creatives going “Hey! I worked on this scene! Here’s some behind-the-scenes about the process” continues for a long damn time.

Besides the fact that many hard-working people are finally getting recognized for their efforts, I just LOVE learning extra lore about stuff!

If you're a creator who:

- Takes long break periods
- Creates very slowly
- Has another full time job or engagement
- Struggles with productivity
- Is inconsistent

I'm sorry to tell you...

I GOT MAD.
Memang I mintak my money back. Thankfully the female boss (surprise surprise, she is currently oversea) transfered the money an hour later after I got mad.

Bengong.

-WITHOUT GIVING US A SINGLE PENNY. SO I HAD TO USE MY OWN MONEY AND FOR 20 PLASTIC BOXES IT COSTED ME AROUND RM500+. AHAAAA

Bodoh tak bodoh.
Order lalamove also costed my own money, and tomorrow I order lorry, also my money.

Called my bosses, the male boss answered. I explained in details in what happened and asked him if he can ask permission to take few boxes from the mall for us (cuz he is the freaking owner). All he said were asking me back what is my initiative, and told me to buy plastic boxes at DIY-

So, for boxes, my initiative is to take them from the loading bay, where they gathered all the boxes to recycle. But TA-DA! The mall management wont let us take it & they even warned us. So, we have to go ask around for other shops for boxes, but only few of them gave us (and its not much).

I dont mind being in charge, but the bosses didnt even provided any boxes for us to pack all the baking tools & ingredients, didnt even gave us a single penny, give us literally nothing. Basically, we are fully independent on our own.

Here's what happened. They are going to close the outlet soon. We have to move out to another outlet, and have to do packing these 3 days. I was put in charge (I just work here for only 2 months, another 2 workers are even more junior). Basically all of us are newbies.

Im so busy these past few days and having so much shit at work that I got angry.

I should quit this job soon.

P/s: I rarely got angry, but my bosses have less common sense it seems.
