I also used cream of celery instead of cream of chicken. And when I stirred it halfway through, I decided it needed 4 T butter and some salt.

Today's recipe is Spend With Pennies Crockpot Mac and Cheese with these substitutions

1 whole cup of sour cream instead of using mayo, 4 cups of whatever shredded cheese I have on hand, and everything but the bagel seasoning instead of onion powder.

Low for 3 hours.

Use VioLife cheese for vegans

Today's recipe is Slow-cooker Gourmet's Cheeseburger Soup.

I pretty much follow their recipe, except I use veggie stock and I had more celery, carrots, and stock than they do. I also vary the protein but today it's beef. Last time I shopped, a pound of beef was cheaper than mushrooms.

I have made this before and found the egg to spinach to cheese ratio needed improvement. Hopefully, this is the correct balance.

Today's recipe is Spinach-Feta Quiche adapted from Crockpot Ladies.

8 large eggs
12 oz milk
6 oz Feta crumbles
10 oz chopped spinach (frozen and thawed, squeeze out as much moisture as possible)
Pinch of salt
8 oz shredded mozzarella

Whisk everything together and put in greased Crockpot.
