Term limits are a double-edged sword, not a panacea. These jobs have much to learn & legislation exceedingly complex. Hell, when I just got into PTA gig u find schools with more experience are better @ lobbying & get more. If always putting neophytes in power, then experienced lobbyists will rule…

As a former military pilot believe me when I say the pilots do not feel slighted in the least - they did their job competently & completely. What was lacking, incompetent, and absolutely flawed…was the plan. That blame falls completely on the leadership…
