私はよく、欧米のファンが面白いとされるジョークや、粗悪なローカリゼーションやひどい吹き替えを好きのことを批判するが、よく考えてみると、彼らが持っているのはそれだけなのだ。日本のゲームで実際に何が起こったのかを知るために、誰もが日本語を学ぶわけではない（日本語は本当に英語より難しい）。ある意味、彼らに同情はするが、彼らが今ある翻訳ではなく、質の高い翻訳を求めていること、そしてそのような「お布施」を受け入れない姿勢を示すべきだろう。
