Been streaming some 'old' games. Started a new run of BG 1. Spent about an hour generating a character, AS ONE DOES.

I have been tossing 50 lb bags of soil around the back yard with zero problems for a week, but now my shoulder is messed up because I slept with my head on the wrong pillow.

My daughter is SO DELIGHTED when I do her vocal stim with her. 15-20 minutes of joy, guaranteed.

I think it’s kinda also that almost all of the “content” I see is a sales pitch for dropshipped crap, MLMs, or ‘influencers’ trying to sell me “make $100k online in your sleep!!!!!” courses… the real creators gave up because they had no reach…

Somehow, our own timeline is nearly as stupid.

It was the only platform I had any reach on. "Just go to Bluesky" doesn't work - they are very different. I had videos with 100k+ views and hundreds of comments on TikTok. The same videos got maybe 50 views on Instagram or YouTube. People can hate, but it was less pay-to-play than others.

I just finished the rough draft for the sequel to "The Golden Tuna". It feels like a triumph, but it's actually the beginning of a new and tougher battle: cleaning it up, editing it, and laying it out. And I haven't even started any of the illustrations...

I learned to play piano because Solveig (my 5 year old) likes to watch people play piano. Today, I told her "I'm going to work on my rhythm" and she yelled "GOOD!"

I’m still working hard on the sequel to The Golden Tuna, btw. I’m a few thousand words in. Adventure modules are more difficult for me to write than a straightforward story… even before game balance concerns come in. And ensuring non-lethal solutions exist *and are apparent to players* can be tough.

I didn’t add the biodegradable glitter this time. This box was a gentle warning.

Husband proudly informed me today that the new porch pirate in the area fell for my latest decoy. Alas, I didn’t get it on camera. But they kicked the opened box of rocks across the porch.

They were nice rocks! Cute tumbled stones my husband decided not to keep. Practically a GIFT. So ungrateful.

Ok now this has progressed from tragedy to comedy.

Seriously though, I hope you find the answer to your question. Product quality has degraded across the board, so customer service following is not a huge surprise…
