Ah, I must have misread. You wouldn't vote for him in the general election even if Trump ran again?

You said you are typically anyone blue. Meaning you have the pulse on anyone democrat. That's speaking for a lot of people. I am blue, I do not agree with you.

Totally, repeat every tag line you can think of.

We obviously won't see eye to eye on this. Have a good day.

And honestly, it isn't the right you are even trying to win over. Its the moderates.

You vote for him because you see he is a rational centrist in many ways and you are tired of the MAGA politicians. It offers them a valid alternative. 1% of the Republican vote can actually win elections. We have to move to the center to win and then slowly push left.

16.07.2025 19:28 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I will have to listen to the podcast itself to agree or disagree with what he did or said. I just know his stances on most things are logical and left. 70 million people aren't 1%.

16.07.2025 18:44 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

What policies is he supporting? I'm curious how you could call Newsom a rightist. I mean, if you are coming from an extreme left position, sure, he's right of that. The fact is he has passed many liberal policies and is definitely left of Kamala. They are not the same and he'd have to win a primary.

16.07.2025 18:43 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

So, its all or nothing. I'm either totally on board with everything the left says or I'm going down the MAGA path?
I don't care if its a single trans athlete. It's a difficult discussion to have but one of fairness for everyone involved and I don't know what that answer is.

16.07.2025 18:40 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Newsom is trying to bridge the gap. He is opposed to trans women competing against naturally born women. Is that anti-trans? Is it fair to say that trans women competing against naturally born females is at least a complex answer for what is fair? He passed many pro-trans bills to protect trans.

Kamala? She kept people locked up in privately owned prisons to make her donors/frends more money and gain power in the Democrat party? She wasn't ever an actual progressive and she was FORCED on everyone. Progressives are winning in progressive cities sure.. again not who you have to win over.

16.07.2025 18:31 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

He doesn't have less of a chance than she does. Plenty of progressives will vote for him if he gets the nod in the primaries and those that don't will be doomed to repeat having someone like Trump in office. No decent person can want that. Trump LITERALLY removed trans from stonewall site.

16.07.2025 18:24 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

His attempt is to move to a more moderate stance. That is the only way you are going to get someone half decent in the white house and win senate seats. It's definitely not that trans rights or homeless people should be treated that way. He has to at least appear moderate to win.

16.07.2025 18:23 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

She isn't viewed as "mildly progressive" by the people in swing states, where these votes matter most right now. She cannot win a general election. It will not happen. I agree with her on a lot of things but she is not the candidate to win where half this country voted in a rapist.

16.07.2025 18:20 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Do you think you win elections by "swinging" coastal cities? Did elections change when I wasn't looking?

16.07.2025 18:17 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

But you know all Dem voters? LOL.

16.07.2025 18:11 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

100% she does not. I am not sure where you live but in the midwest I can tell you she would get a fringe vote at best.

16.07.2025 18:11 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

That's the dream right now. What an exciting way to end a game.

16.07.2025 16:17 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

She would never win a general election. It's because she is viewed too far left... People in the middle view her as extreme left.

16.07.2025 16:15 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

No, you are not.

16.07.2025 16:11 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Would you vote for him in a presidential election though? That is the real question.

16.07.2025 16:10 β€” πŸ‘ 1    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

AOC is great but she would never get elected.

16.07.2025 16:04 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

America couldn't vote for Hilary because she's a warhawk and purposely pushed out Bernie Sanders. America "couldn't" vote for Kamala because she was a shill for the private prisons and kept people locked up longer than their sentences for money and was forced on everyone.

16.07.2025 15:59 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Is there a plan with Kyle Tucker that they aren't wanting to put him out there? I barely watch TV or follow along this stuff.

22.02.2025 18:19 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

It'll never happen but it would be hilarious if it did because no Republican would ever win again. Canada would be a pretty liberal state.

10.02.2025 23:41 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

I'd love that signing honestly. It would be short term and Turner would make a great role model.

10.02.2025 23:37 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

LOL. What?

It's actually been like this for the majority of people. The elite have always known how to pit us against ourselves and it works every time, until it doesn't. It's why income inequality is still growing.

27.01.2025 22:04 β€” πŸ‘ 14    πŸ” 1    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

There is all kinds of privilege. Being angry at someone for feeling the effects of inflation and greed seems like a really poor way to spend someone's time. Yet again, pitting ourselves against one another instead of concentrating on the actual problem.
