#MathsToday I used algebra tiles for the first time today, my department love them and i decided to embrace it being new this year. It was a great success (with bottom set year 8 last lesson too!)

I got my own back. The provider got their ofsted and I was interviewed during my nqt year where I was at an amazing school. The bully moved schools too, and ended up having a torrid time

My second placement wasn't much better. Bullied by a class teacher, when a member of the department reported it to my provider their response was "he has to learn to work with these types of people"

My first placement was taken to court by my training provider because give us any professional studies training, including safeguarding...

Maybe it is suited for students given how much its overcomplicated a simple instruction
