Heyo, sorry but I kind of have to make this an everyone because I don't know if people already lost their roles or not. SubStar apparently has been having some issues with automatic extensions being deactivated or cards being "forgotten" by their system, I for one found it had forgotten my card, but it worked fine after I re-added it. Apparently they've been having some sort of issues with their payment processor? According to other posts I've seen, they are aware of the issue and hoping to fix it within a few weeks.
