So when I say that the Jerry Springer documentary on Netflix is a single worst documentary I've ever watched, believe it.

I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t one of those kids that would sneak watch the Jerry Springer show when I was home sick from school. I've watched a lot of of the documentaries that Netflix has produced.

We really do have it better today, overall.

So in the same vein as gratitude journaling I’ve decided to do “self credit” journaling where I write down 3+ things to give myself credit for every day.✌🏻 Examples: cooked a meal, challenged my negative self talk, loved my cats, stopped an obsessive behavior/thought cycle, hung out with a friend etc
