I called the Energy and Commerce office again and told them how horrified I was that they're trying to shove the bills thru so quickly when they talked like they didn't even know what was in them. Said it felt like they were hiding something and was ill prepared. Reiterated my opposition of them.

They even block perfectly legal transactions of weed purchases in places where it's been legalized. Doesn't have to be about the porn right away, you can bring it up later, because these restrictions are on anything evangelists don't want you buying.

the Energy and Commerce Commission are having a hearing on Dec 2nd to look at a whole swatch of legislation claiming it will "protect children. We have a full list of the bills that will be present, and it includes bills like KOSA, Sammy's Law, App Store Accountability Act and more!

looking at the bills and talking to folks, these are the most actively threatening among this batch that will be present during Dec 2's hearing
