Yes in an ideal world. But, if the allotted funds were used up as reported, it is my understanding that would require some sort of budgetary approval. That should happen in the fall. Very little in this world is perfect.

They are very reliable already.

Not true at all. There are many EVs available in Canada. I will concede that N.A. automakers have not done very good job on the entry level EV models, the Chinese have given them a wake up call and that too will change eg. Chevrolet will reintroduce their Bolt, a new Nissan Leaf coming soon etc.

But they all could care less because they are that far down the money grubbing rabbit hole.
