Ahhhh that makes sense then. Almonds are so blahhh to me. Cashews are my favorite nut, then probably peanuts, just off the strength of peanut butter alone lol. Since I have to have supplemental protein smoothies these days, some recipes have almond butter in them.

Incorrect. I too have recently tried almond butter for the first time 2 ish weeks ago. Nasty af. Now mine was unsalted and unsweetened but still. Peanut butter would never do that to me. A true ride or die!
