YEAH SERIOUSLY THEY DO! Especially at barrier. You are going to get pushed around a bit and watch for security for surfers. It’s why when I take non metal friends I say “hey let’s not stand in the middle” :,) I was so sad for surfers who got dropped at the ST sets

Agreed. You can’t go to metal show and not expect a mosh pit and crowd surfers. I say this as someone who’s both had to duck (lame I know, my arms were giving out) and had to make sure my buddies weren’t standing in mosh zones. You can’t get mad at the jostling!

Genuinely, that’s the only time new people will ever bother me. I typically hate gatekeeping and telling people new to the scene not to go… but only if they bother to learn etiquette.
The amount of crowd surfers being dropped isn’t ok.

Had a dream I was playing a Mario Kart where you could get out of your cart, walk around, and talk to characters. I chatted with Waluigi and he talked like "Hello, Mario, it is good to see you. Please drive safe. I love you!" and it was very surreal
