This is a staple of dismissive politicians when answering to people who are rightfully upset

Are we talking exclusively voter suppression or physically flipped or modified ballots? Voter suppression has been a big problem for years, It wont be enough to reverse an election. However if there is proof of tampering with ballots, I would be more inclined to check your sources.
